Edward is the Founder and CEO of Realtyland, a commercial real estate manager and operator headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. Under Edward’s guidance and with an experienced team of real estate professionals, Realtyland has successfully navigated the competitive Southern California real estate market for over 35 years and currently manages over 50 properties totaling over 1 million rentable square feet in Southern California. As CEO of Realtyland, Edward oversees and provides strategic guidance on all aspects of the business including acquisition, development, leasing, asset management and property management.
Edward is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles and received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Edward holds the professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate. Edward enjoys playing golf and supporting charitable causes through The Kim Family Foundation.
