Andrew is a Vice President at Realtyland and joined the company in 2020. Andrew primarily focuses on acquisitions, asset management and in-house leasing at Realtyland working closely with the CEO. Andrew began his career as an Investments Associate at CIM Group, a Los Angeles based real estate private equity fund manager, where he worked on opportunistic, value add and infrastructure acquisitions across the United States and Europe. Andrew also trained as a Summer Associate at the Related Companies underwriting luxury residential development projects in New York and Washington D.C.
Andrew is a graduate of Columbia University and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Economy and Architectural History. Andrew earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Andrew is a licensed salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate.
